The Nonprofit Locker Room is committed to meeting nonprofit founders where they are to start, maintain, and scale their organizations. Our mission is to equip aspiring founders with the tools to pursue formation with clarity, confidence, excellence, and integrity. We provide access to resources, community and mentorship. We understand the struggle between wanting to serve your community and having to fight to find the space, opportunity, and resources to do so.
This is why we are committed to creating an abundant, collaborative space over competition. When we come together, we can serve and support the greater good. Running a nonprofit can be overwhelming. There is so much pressure trying to figure out "all the things" on top of trying to serve the community you have set out to help. In order to win, it feels like you have to know everything, from how to build a team to how to raise awareness and secure funding. No matter where you are in your Nonprofit journey, the nonprofit locker room is where you want to be.
Your Coach
Sadija A. Smiley is a Nonprofit Advancement Strategist, Founder and CEO of Sillborn and Infant Loss Support Inc., and a 20-year veteran within the Nonprofit industry, serving in both management and direct service positions. She has a head for business and a heart for nonprofits.
During her successful and impactful career, Sadija has gained valuable experience in areas such as Workforce Development, Housing and Homeless Services, Case Management, Data Management, Staff Training and Development, Program Evaluation, Fundraising, Development, Strategic Planning, and Quality Control.
Sadija is passionate about equipping aspiring, emerging and established nonprofit founders with the tools to lead their organizations with confidence, excellence and integrity. Sadija has the brain power and clarity of thought to help you cut right to the heart of what’s needed.
